
Hormonal Health Coaching
I help women to better understand the role of hormones, what it means to balance our hormones and how food, environmental toxins and stress play havoc with our hormones. We can work with your GP on relevant investigations for rigourous assessment and look at natural remedies as well as lifestyle modifications to support healthy hormones. I particularly enjoy assisting women to connect more deeply with their menstrual cycle and prepare for and manage the impacts of peri -menopause and menopause. By facilitating education to promote self advocacy and informed decision making, I support women to consider how best to manage their symptoms and mediate the risks of declining estrogen levels. This includes considering impacts on heart, brain, bone, mental and relational health.
