Grief & Loss

“It seems to me, that if we love, we grieve. That’s the deal. That’s the pact. Grief and love are forever intertwined. Grief is a terrible reminder of the depths of our love and, like love, grief is non-negotiable.
— Nick Cave

Grief and loss come in many forms and the feelings of despair and isolation can be overwhelming. Moving through grief and learning to live with loss is a highly individualised and non-linear process. A relatively new area of study and practice for me, this work is assisting me to broaden my view of the human experience as I explore the depth and breadth of our potential to love and suffer through loss. I aim to provide a space where difficult thoughts and feelings can be safely explored and the personal pain of grief & loss can be witnessed. With compassion, I seek to support individuals to process their experience in a way that allows them to connect more deeply with loved ones and their own experience of life. Learning to live with loss is a most essential endeavour for us humans and it is a great honour to share in the process.
