
Metabolic Health coaching
Like all other areas of our health, nutrition, gut health and mental health as well as lifestyle factors such as sleep, movement, and stress management all play a significant role in shaping our metabolic health. Managing and modifying these individual elements is incredibly important in our endeavour to prevent and respond to metabolic illness such as heart disease, diabetes and stroke. My coaching works aims to provide education on metabolic health risk factors and information on how to monitor your metabolic health status as well implement nutrition and lifestyle changes tailored to target this particular concern.
