Metabolic Health
Like all other areas of our health, nutrition and lifestyle factors such as sleep and stress management play a significant role in our metabolic health and modifying these factors is incredibly important in our endeavour to prevent and manage metabolic illness such as heart disease, diabetes and stroke. My coaching works aims to provide education on metabolic health risk factors and information on how to monitor your metabolic health status as well implement nutrition and lifestyle changes tailored to target this particular concern.
