My services are centred around sharing information and increasing individual capacity through skill building, advocacy for personalised health & the holistic lens, creating a safe and supported space for reflection and exploration, scaffolding self-inquiry, self -awareness and self-empowerment and facilitating values based change. I partner with individuals, couples, families and their health providers. Part of our work together may involve me referring you to other professionals.

I do not diagnose or treat. My services are designed to explore, educate and empower.
