Indian Masala Chai was traditionally consumed to warm & support digestive function and improve circulation. This aromatic blend of high-grade organic Ceylon black tea and hand-ground herbs and spices retains these restorative properties in a deliciously sweet & spicy brew.

Black tea, cinnamon, ginger, clove & black pepper.

In a small pot on the stove top, gently toast the chai mix for 20 - 30 seconds to awaken the spices. Add mil of choice and bring to a very gentle simmer over low heat. Allow to simmer for 3 - 5 mins.
Strain into cup and sweeten with honey if desired.
