Place over the eyes to benefit from the gentle pressure and scent (if scented).
To warm your eye pillow, place it in the microwave for 30 -60 seconds. Be cautious about applying too much warmth to your eye area. You may also use this small eye pillow, warmed to relieve sinus pressure or congestion or as a mini heat pack.
Cool your eye pillow by storing in the fridge or freezer and use to freshen tired, puffy eyes or manage a headache or migraine.
